ZylNote is an AI-powered productivity platform that helps users capture, organize, and retrieve notes, reminders, and ideas across a web app and WhatsApp.
The challenge.
Users switched between messaging apps, note-taking tools, and task managers, fragmenting their information. Important ideas were lost because opening a dedicated note-taking app took too much effort in the moment.
We built a WhatsApp integration that captures any message intended as a note and syncs it automatically to the user's account, paired with a web dashboard for organizing and reviewing everything in one place.

A full-stack platform where WhatsApp messages become notes instantly, a Next.js dashboard provides a clean workspace for creating and organizing them, and AI-powered search cuts the time spent finding anything.
