Lensiq
Lensiq is a smart-glasses platform that helps users capture and understand the world around them, pairing a Flutter app with multiple families of camera glasses for capture, sync, and live AI conversation.
The challenge.
Every supported glasses family spoke its own proprietary BLE protocol, with different Wi-Fi transfer mechanisms and media pipelines. Streaming live video from glasses to phone to AI model involved fragile handoffs between BLE signaling, Wi-Fi negotiation, and RTSP playback that failed silently.
We reverse-engineered and implemented each vendor's BLE protocol natively on iOS and Android, then exposed them through a single capability-driven interface so the Flutter UI adapts automatically to what each pair of glasses supports.
The solution.
Glasses open a Wi-Fi access point the phone joins automatically; an RTSP stream plays back in-app over TCP, with frames sampled every second and sent into a live Gemini AI session alongside voice from the phone or the glasses' own microphone over BLE.

We turned fragmented hardware into one coherent product — users pair any supported glasses and immediately get capture, sync, and AI features tuned to that device's capabilities.
